What is Noteo.ai?

Noteo.ai is an AI-powered meeting transcription service that automatically joins your virtual meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex) or transcribes uploaded recordings. It converts conversations into accurate, searchable transcripts with speaker recognition and AI-generated summaries.

Do you offer a free plan?

Yes! Our Free plan includes 300 minutes of transcription per month, speaker recognition, AI summaries, and the ability to export your transcripts. No credit card required.

What audio and video formats do you support?

We support most common audio formats including MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, and WebM. Video files with audio tracks are also supported.

Can I upload recordings or does the bot need to join live?

You can do both! Invite our AI bot to join live meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or Webex for automatic recording and transcription. Alternatively, upload pre-recorded audio or video files from your device for transcription.

How long does transcription take?

Transcription typically takes about 1/4 of the audio duration. For example, a 1-hour recording usually completes in about 15 minutes.

How accurate are the transcriptions?

We use state-of-the-art AI transcription models that provide industry-leading accuracy. All transcriptions include speaker recognition to identify different participants in your meetings.

How do I export my transcriptions?

Open any transcription and click the export button. You can download your transcript as TXT, SRT (subtitles), or copy it to your clipboard.

What is the AI Summary feature?

Every transcription includes an AI-generated summary that extracts key points, action items, and important discussion topics from your meeting. This helps you quickly review what was discussed.

What is the AI Dialog feature?

AI Dialog lets you ask questions about your transcribed meetings and get instant answers. You can query specific topics, find action items, or get clarification on discussions. Learn more

How does the AI meeting bot work?

Our AI bot joins your virtual meetings as a participant on Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex. It records and transcribes the conversation in real-time, identifies speakers, and generates AI summaries. You can invite the bot to any meeting by adding it as a participant.

What meeting platforms do you support?

Our AI meeting bot can join and transcribe meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. Simply invite the bot to your meeting and it will automatically record and transcribe the conversation.

Pricing & Billing

What are the usage limits?

The Free plan includes 300 minutes per month with a maximum of 120 minutes per conversation. The Pro plan ($12/month) includes 3,000 minutes per month with a maximum of 300 minutes per conversation. View pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely processed through Stripe.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing & Plans and click "Upgrade now" on the plan you want. Your new plan takes effect immediately and you'll be charged on a monthly basis.

Can I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can downgrade to the Free plan at any time from Settings > Billing & Plans. Your plan will change at the end of your current billing period.

Security & Privacy

How is my data protected?

Your data is stored and processed exclusively on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) servers located in Europe. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Each user only has access to their own transcriptions unless explicitly shared. All processing happens within European data centers to ensure GDPR compliance.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes! All your data is stored and processed exclusively in European data centers on Google Cloud Platform. Your transcriptions never leave Europe, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and European data protection regulations.

Do you support two-factor authentication?

Yes! Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all plans, including the Free plan. You can enable it in Settings > Security to add an extra layer of protection to your account.

Who can see my transcriptions?

By default, only you can see your transcriptions. You have full control over sharing and can choose to share specific transcriptions with others via email or shareable links.

What languages do you support for transcription?

Noteo.ai supports over 80 languages for transcription. High-accuracy languages (best quality) include: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Indonesian, and Catalan. Good-accuracy languages include: Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Korean, Norwegian, Romanian, Swedish, Thai, Vietnamese, and more. The transcription preserves the original language of your audio — your German meeting stays in German, your French recording stays in French.
